What's new
New: automatic gig completion
Gigora can now move finished bookings to Completed automatically. The feature is off by default, so nothing changes until a manager chooses to enable it.
Only confirmed and in-progress bookings are eligible. Leads and cancelled bookings are never completed automatically.
You choose a delay of 1 to 30 days after the event date.
Completed gigs without an invoice remain visible in the Invoice completed gigs section on the dashboard.
How to turn it on
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose the General tab.
- Under Automatic completion, turn on Automatically mark finished bookings as completed.
- Choose how many days after the event Gigora should wait, then select Save settings.
