Gigora has been updated
This update adds stronger email parsing, a cleaner dark mode, subscription flow, client quote acceptance, accounts reporting, dashboard readiness tools, and the newer dashboard/reports/map experience.
Terms agreement: every user must accept the latest Gigora Terms before continuing after this update.
Inbox parsing: email leads now recognise natural dates such as “12th of May 2027”, “May 12 2027”, and standard UK date formats.
Dark mode: calendar, cards, buttons, forms, pills, and alerts have been restyled so dark mode looks consistent.
Subscription screen: trial-ended and inactive instances now send customers to a Stripe-powered subscription screen.
Subscription management: customers can now refresh or cancel their subscription from inside Gigora.
Mobile booking save: the booking profile now has a sticky mobile Save booking button.
Invoices: generated invoice views and PDFs now show payment status.
Invoice payments: invoices can now be marked paid, and bookings can generate deposit-only invoices.
PWA polish: the Gigora splash asset is cached for installed app launches, and sessions stay signed in for longer.
Quote acceptance: clients can accept a quote in the portal, then continue straight into contract signing.
Agency settlements: Accounts now shows DJ and external collaborator pay due, charge totals, and retained margin.
Dashboard readiness: on the day of a job, the dashboard shows prep checklist, timings, map, playlists, and booked upsells.
Dashboard and reports: cleaner homepage dashboard, conversion stats, status charts, income by month, and package performance.
Map routing: select a gig from the side panel and route directly to the venue.
Messages: portal, confirmation, quote, invoice, contract, and follow-up emails can now be customised separately.
After updating, clear cookies/site data for this Gigora site if anything looks odd, then refresh so the newest assets load cleanly.
