Customer Welcome Setup
Use this when you have installed the instance for a customer and want their next login to collect owner details, business branding, packages, and upsells.
Calendar Sharing
Connect your Gigora calendar
Subscribe to your full Gigora calendar in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports calendar URL subscriptions.
Share your availability with another Gigora user without exposing client names, venues, pricing, contracts, or notes. The feed only shows your business name as booked/unavailable.
Calendars shared with you
No shared calendars have been added yet.
Link Gigora with your calendar
Click Google Calendar. If Google says it cannot check the URL, copy the subscription URL, open it in a private browser window first, then add it in Google Calendar on desktop under Other calendars > From URL.
Click Apple Calendar on Mac, iPhone, or iPad. If prompted, choose subscribe. You can also copy the URL and add it in Apple Calendar using File > New Calendar Subscription.
This is a subscription feed, so future Gigora bookings and meetings can update in your calendar app. Calendar apps decide how often they refresh, so changes may not appear instantly.
